Dosbarth Palm - Year 1/2

Welcome to/ Croeso i Dosbarth Palm!

We are a mixed Year 1 and 2 class in Cwmbach Church in Wales Primary School.

    Staff:

      Class teacher: Mrs S Thomas

Additional practitioner: Mrs C Pritchard and Mrs T Frazer

Our Learning

Our overarching theme for the whole school is "Food Glorious Food".

Dosbarth Palm's big question is:

"Why can't I have chocolate for breakfast?"

During this topic, we will be looking at healthy and unhealthy foods. We will also be exploring where our food comes from, how what we eat can help our body and how to stay healthy by making healthy lifestyle choices.

Dojo is also a good way to communicate with the class teacher.

Children also have their own EdShed log in to be able to practice maths and spelling games at home and in school. If they need a new login, please contact a class teacher.
